A few months ago I had ordered a new One-on-One workout, and at the end of the workout Beachbody previewed some of its ongoing and upcoming products. One of those products was Shakeology. Basically it was promoting four major things by drinking Shakeology:
1) Lose Weight
2) Feel Energized
3) Improve Digestion and Regularity
4) Lower Cholesterol
At the time I overlooked the product and thought I didn't need it. A couple months passed and a friend of mine told me he had tried Shakeology and it was really working for him. I did a little research and found similar reviews online; people had lost a lot of weight by supplementing Shakeology into their workout programs and overall they just felt better about themselves.
Then I noticed the price, nearly $120. At the time I thought this was a little steep (I'll explain later that it's actually a great price), but I decided to try it out. I also had the reassurance of the "Bottom of the Bag" guarantee, where Beachbody guarantees that if you are unhappy with the results of Shakeology after using it for 30 days, you can return the empty bag to Beachbody and get a full refund (trust me, you won't need to refund it).
Since the first time I tried Shakeology I was hooked, and have taken it every day since. Personally I've felt more energy. At work I sometimes used to drag as the day went on. Now I have Shakeology in the morning and I'm energized and set for the day. Not only that, but the drink itself is delicious, and fills me for 2-3 hours (other protein drinks would maybe keep me full for an hour before I was hungry again).
So what if you're hesitant to take Shakeology because of the cost? Shakeology costs $120/30 day supply ($90 if you're a coach). So in other words it's $4 per day. How many of you eat out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner on a daily basis and spend much more than $4 for a meal? Suddenly the price doesn't seem so bad. Bring Shakeology to work in a bottle and have it for lunch, saving you the time and money of going out to eat. Shakeology also has some of the most healthy and nutrient filled ingredients from around the world...the video below shows how much you would have to pay to eat all those ingredients compared to one $4 serving of Shakeology.
So in other words, to get all the fruits and vegetables seperately from a cup of Shakeology would cost $41.19! Not to mention that all these ingredients are essential for the amount we should be eating each day. And another way you would be saving money from drinking Shakeology is that you no longer have to buy different types of vitamins to get your daily amount, because Shakeology has all the vitamins you need. So you're saving money by 1) Replacing a meal with Shakeology 2) Not having to buy additional supplements like vitamins because Shakeology has it all. So in reality, you may be saving more money with Shakeology then without it!

Shakeology currently comes in two flavors: Chocolate and Greenberry. I prefer the Chocolate, but I do know many people who enjoy Greenberry also. The awesome thing is that you can mix in other fruits and ingredients to make some tasty shakes (I'll usually add bananas and peanut butter). Also coming out this fall is a new Tropical Flavor, which I'm sure will be my new favorite.

You really don't have much to lose, and if you for some reason aren't happy with Shakeology after 30 days, remember the "Bottom of the Bag" refund policy, but I doubt it will come to that. Shakeology has really helped my health and fitness improve by leaps and bounds, and I can't imagine going without it.
